It tastes your own releases: the repositories Reeve finds on this PC, each one you pick with a click.

What's new

  • Your repositories: Reeve finds the git repositories on this PC, and each one on GitHub with a version tag is offered on the page. Press Taste it and the next tasting checks its releases the same way as every project: versions agree, merged pull requests have their changelog lines, the CI is green. Stop tasting stops. Its version is read from the package file beside its lockfile (package.json, Cargo.toml, pyproject.toml) or a .NET Directory.Build.props, else from its tags, and its CHANGELOG.md when it has one.
  • git and gh: the page's first card, and the tour's first step, say whether git and the GitHub CLI are installed and gh is signed in, and what to do when not: install git and the GitHub CLI from the links it gives, then sign in to GitHub with gh.

What changed

  • A new settings file no longer tastes the manor's own agents: The manor's agents is under Advanced, and off.
  • The page no longer says "only the manor's agents are tasted", and no longer lists a note for each agent whose repository isn't on this PC.
  • The manor's work queue is offered under Work orders only where the Wright is installed (or already chosen), and an order waiting for it no longer says to hire the Wright.

Before you update

  • Nothing to do: a settings file from before 0.8.0 is migrated the first time it's read. It keeps every project and setting it had, and tastes the manor's agents as before (now written out in the file). Your repositories are offered, and none is tasted until you press Taste it.
  • Your repositories are offered only with Reeve installed.
