Keeps the local AI running: the model servers every agent works from.

Sets up the model servers on your NPU, GPU or CPU, stops the ones nobody is using so their memory comes back, and restarts any that stop answering.

The smith kept the forge every trade on the manor worked from, and banked the fire when nobody needed it.

What's new

A newer NPU server or model that works and answers at least as fast is used at once; a slower one waits for you.

Try it now switches for you when it pays. If what you tried answers the test questions and writes at least as fast as what your NPU ran before, the Smith starts using it straight away and says how they compare ("GenieX 0.9.0 answers 18% faster than GenieX 0.8.0"). Use it is no longer needed.
A slower one waits for you. If it works but answers slower, what you had stays in use, and the Smith shows both side by side: Use it anyway or Keep what I have. A newer server that installs over the old one is taken out again at once, so the old one keeps running; Use it anyway installs it again.

Settings, NPU setup (under Advanced): choose the one you had before the last try to go back to it, and to be asked before any switch from now on. The newest that works here is the default.
